1. Kaspersky Lab offers 30-day free trials. Therefore AntiVirus365.net assumes that all users are satisfied with Kaspersky products upon purchase of the license and does not offer money back guarantee.
2. AntiVirus365.net has clearly stated that the activation code will only be delivered via SMS to a mobile phone number that is registered within our distribution region in Southeast Asia including Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. We do not offer a refund if the mobile phone number is not reachable or invalid. The purchase order will be frozen until customer is able to provide a functioning mobile phone number that matches the criteria.
3. Activation code is not exchangeable in circumstances of mishandling during activation process.
4. Product Exchange Policy
   Customers may contact our Sales Department within 48 hours of the purchase date in the following cases (applies to Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) 2011 & Kaspersky Anti-Virus(KAV) 2011):
   
   1. Downgrade from KIS 2011 to KAV 2011
      • No refund will be given in this case.
      • Customers will be issued a new KAV license key.
   2. Upgrade from KAV 2011 to KIS 2011
      • Customers will have to top-up the price difference between KIS and KAV if they wish to upgrade to KIS 2011.
      • New KIS 2011 license key will be issued.
   3. For both KIS and KAV, downgrade from 5-User to 3-User or from 3-User to 1-User
      • No refund will be given in this case.
      • New license key will be issued.
   4. For both KIS and KAV, upgrade from 1-User to 3-User or from 3-User to 5-User
      • Customers will have to top-up the price difference between license package.
      • New license key will be issued.
