Activate Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Mac
If you do not have Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Mac installed, please follow our full step-by-step Installation Instructions to download and install the software.
Once you have installed Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Mac, you will need to activate the application in order to enjoy its full functionality. If the application is not activated, you will see Application is not activated in the main window of the application.
To activate the application, click the License button which is indicated by the "key" symbol in the main window.
In the License window, click Activate.
You will then have the option to active the application using an activation code or a trial version .
Activate with an Activation Code
To activate with an activation code, select Activate using activation code, and then click Continue.
You will be prompted to enter the activation code that you received when you purchased Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Mac. Please enter the activation code in the format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX, and then click Continue.
You will see the Activation Assistant connecting to Kaspersky Lab's activation server.
When the activation has been successful, you will see the following information about the trial: number, license type, and expiration date. Please click Finish.
Once complete, please Close the License window.
Activate with a Trial Version
To activate with a trial version, select Activate trial version, and then click Continue.
You will see the Activation Assistant connecting to Kaspersky Lab's activation server to activate your trial version.
Once your trial version has been activated, you will see the following information about the trial: number, license type, and expiration date. Please click Finish.
